At Royal Prizm House, we offer pre-orders on select upcoming hobby box releases to allow collectors to secure their allocation before products hit the market. Pre-ordering guarantees your spot on limited-release products and locks in your price before any potential market increases. This policy outlines everything you need to know before placing a pre-order with us.
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order is a purchase made for a product that has not yet been released or is not yet available for immediate shipment. When you pre-order from Royal Prizm House, you are reserving your unit from our allocation of that product ahead of its official release date.
Pre-orders are available on:
- Upcoming Panini and Topps hobby box releases
- New Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh TCG product drops
- Limited-edition sapphire, chrome, and premium releases
- Upcoming sports card releases across all major categories including NBA, NFL, MLB, Soccer, F1, and WNBA
PAYMENT & BILLING
- All pre-orders are charged in full at the time the order is placed
- Your price is locked in at the time of purchase — it will not increase regardless of market fluctuations
- Payment is accepted via Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
- By placing a pre-order, you authorize Royal Prizm House to charge your selected payment method immediately upon checkout
ESTIMATED RELEASE & SHIP DATES
- Estimated release dates displayed on product pages are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change
- Royal Prizm House is not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer, distributor, printing issues, or shipping carriers
- When your pre-ordered product is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
- Pre-orders ship on or before the official release date — your box will be on its way to you on day one
ALLOCATION & AVAILABILITY
Pre-order quantities are limited based on our distributor allocation. Please be aware of the following:
- Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis
- Once our allocation is sold out, pre-orders for that product will be closed
- There may be a limit on the number of units per customer for high-demand releases
- Placing a pre-order does not guarantee fulfillment in the event of an unexpected manufacturer shortage or cancellation — in such cases, a full refund will be issued
CANCELLATION POLICY
Pre-orders are generally non-cancellable once placed, as your order secures a reserved allocation from our limited supply. However, cancellations may be requested under the following circumstances:
- The product release date is delayed by 60 or more days beyond the originally stated estimated date
- The product is officially cancelled or discontinued by the manufacturer or distributor
- A significant change is made to the product contents, format, or pricing by the manufacturer after your order was placed
To request a cancellation under any of the above circumstances, please contact us at hello@royalprizmhouse.com or via WhatsApp at +1 (304) 716-8431 with your order number and reason for the request. All eligible cancellations will be refunded in full within 7–10 business days.
MANUFACTURER CANCELLATIONS
In the rare event that a manufacturer cancels or indefinitely postpones a product for which you have placed a pre-order, Royal Prizm House will:
- Notify you by email as soon as we are informed of the cancellation
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Provide alternative product recommendations if applicable
SHIPPING PRE-ORDERS
- All pre-orders ship free worldwide — no minimum order required
- Ships on or before the official release date
- Domestic US delivery: 5–9 business days after shipment
- International delivery: 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination
- Pre-orders containing multiple items will ship together unless otherwise requested
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will ship together once all items are available — contact us if you need your in-stock items shipped separately
COMBINING PRE-ORDERS WITH IN-STOCK ITEMS
If your cart contains both pre-order and in-stock products, please note:
- By default, the entire order will ship together once all items are available
- If you would like your in-stock items shipped immediately, please contact us at hello@royalprizmhouse.com before or immediately after placing your order and we will arrange a split shipment at no additional cost
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Royal Prizm House does not offer price adjustments on pre-orders after they have been placed. If the market price of a product drops after your pre-order is confirmed, we are unable to retroactively apply the lower price. Conversely, if the market price increases after your pre-order, your original locked-in price will always be honored.
PRODUCT CONDITION
All pre-ordered products are shipped in factory-sealed, untampered condition directly from our inventory. Every pre-order is subject to our full suite of guarantees including our Authenticity Guarantee, Condition Guarantee, and Secure Packaging Guarantee.
