NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Opened, unsealed, or tampered hobby boxes, packs, or any trading card product
  • Items returned more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date
  • Items not in their original factory-sealed condition
  • Pre-orders cancelled outside of the eligible cancellation window
  • Damaged items resulting from customer mishandling after delivery

Please note: Due to the random nature of hobby box and trading card pack contents, opened products cannot be returned regardless of the cards received inside. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

REFUND PROCESSING

EXCHANGES
