Order processing time

Processing takes place Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. During peak periods or high-volume releases, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you by email if this occurs.

Pre-order shipping
- Free worldwide shipping — no exceptions
- Processing begins within 1–3 business days of the official product release date
- Once shipped, domestic US delivery takes 3–7 business days
- Once shipped, UK delivery takes 7–14 business days
- Once shipped, international delivery takes 7–21 business days depending on destination
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your pre-order ships
- Pre-orders containing multiple items ship together unless otherwise requested
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything ships together once all items are available — contact us if you need your in-stock items shipped separately at no additional cost
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order number, the name of the assigned carrier, your tracking number with a direct link to track your shipment, and the estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website. If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Shipping address accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Royal Prizm House is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at royal@prizmhousevault.com
- We will do our best to correct the address before the order is dispatched — however we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed
International shipping & customs
Royal Prizm House ships to every country worldwide. International customers should be aware of the following:
- While shipping is completely free, international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country upon arrival
- These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout
- Royal Prizm House has no control over customs delays or fees and cannot predict their amount or timing
- Customs processing times vary by country and may add additional days to your estimated delivery window
- We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for information on applicable fees before placing your order
Packaging
- Hobby boxes and cases are packed in reinforced outer boxes with cushioning materials
- Individual items are wrapped in bubble wrap and padding to prevent damage in transit
- All packaging is sealed and weatherproofed to protect against moisture
- We never reuse damaged or compromised packaging materials
Lost or delayed shipments
- Check your tracking information for the latest update
- Allow 2–3 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery date for unexpected carrier delays

- We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process
- In the event your order is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you
Damaged shipments
- Photograph the outer packaging and the product before opening or discarding anything
