Every order placed at Royal Prizm House ships completely free, regardless of your location or order size:

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders β including pre-orders β are carefully verified, packed, and prepared for shipment within the following timeframe:

SHIPPING CARRIERS
Royal Prizm House ships with all major carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely, reliably, and on time:

The carrier assigned to your order is selected based on your location, package size, and the fastest available service at the time of shipment. You will be notified of the carrier and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
Pre-orders follow the exact same shipping policy as all standard in-stock orders:

- Processing begins within 3β5 business days of the official product release date
- Once shipped, domestic US delivery takes 5β9 business days
- Once shipped, international delivery takes 7β21 business days depending on destination
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your pre-order ships
- Pre-orders containing multiple items ship together unless otherwise requested
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything ships together once all items are available β contact us if you need your in-stock items shipped separately at no additional cost
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

- The name of the assigned carrier
- Your tracking number with a direct link to track your shipment
- The estimated delivery date
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website. If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and up to date. Please note the following:

PACKAGING

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
